The cost of our service is based on the volume of collections per month. Our fee structure provides clarity and transparency, and avoids confusion.
Services Include:
- Insurance verification (limitations apply to this service, please speak directly with us to customize this service for your practice).
- Daily claims prep.
- Daily claims submission.
- Posting of all insurance checks, EFTs, and other forms of payment.
- Insurance aging (30+ days) account management
- Sending patient statements
- Easy to access reports
- 1 hour of office staff consulting with an account manager per month
Pine
This plan serves the office who has up to $100,000.00 per month in total insurance collections for all locations.
Fees: 4% of total insurance collections with a minimum monthly fee of $2,000.00.
Cedar
This plan serves the office who has between $100,000.00 and $300,000 per month in total insurance collections for all locations.
Fees: $4,000 flat monthly rate, plus 3% of collections over $100,000.
Red Wood
This plan serves the office who has over $300,000 per month in total insurance collections for all locations.
Fees: Customized pricing per written agreement or, in the absence of such an agreement, 4% of collections.
At this level, you will have a meeting with Evergreen Dental Billing upon enrolling to assess your volume of claims, average payment amounts, and will be given your custom pricing at that time.
